Platinum Property started out just like many great adventures do - with a bad case of wanderlust. Originally a Toronto native, our Director, Jess, arrived in Port Douglas back in 2002 as a backpacker. What was supposed to be a quick weekend trip completely stole her heart, and she never left.
Over the years, that love for the local lifestyle, design, and hospitality evolved into a business. Today, Jess leads an incredible team that treats every single villa and apartment like it's our own. As both our Proprietor and Head of Maintenance & Homecare, Jess is still completely hands-on every day. She’s on the ground ensuring properties are flawlessly cared for and that our guests get to experience the absolute best of our region.
